Beginning Friday, November 20 – Friday Fundamentals

Let’s face it, in-person events will be limited for a while. We all need opportunities to connect with like-minded people. Friday Fundamentals is a platform for leaders to learn, share, and connect in a virtual environment. Over a series of Fridays, we will connect you with speakers and guests covering a number of topics.

Launching on November 20, 2020, join us for our first topic on Leadership:

What Your People Need To Know
Presenter: Ben Dueck, President and Founder, Cantera Leadership

As a leader, your people need something from you. What should you be striving for to have the greatest impact? Explore the four key principals of what it means to be a leader – Trust, Compassion, Stability, Hope. Join leadership expert, Ben Dueck, as he empowers, encourages, and challenges you to step forward in your leadership … and life.

Thank you to our Event Partner: Cantera Leadership. At Cantera Leadership, we’re all about increasing your leadership capacity. We love seeing you grow and become better. Leadercast Winnipeg – 2020 Highlights

Leadercast Winnipeg – September 2020

LMVA Consulting hosted the in-person rebroadcasted version of Leadercast Winnipeg at Launch Coworking Space – Exchange. While hosting an in-person event in September presented its own challenges, we delivered an event that brought attendees together to watch the speakers, share ideas with their teams, and reconnect with a few familiar faces.

This year’s featured speakers included: Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Amy Jo Martin, Andy Stanley, Bozoma Saint JohnDr. Henry Cloud, Matt Wallaert, Rahaf Harfoush, Richard Montanez, Sangram Vajre, and emcee: Billy Bougey

Leadercast 2020: Positive Disruptions had many key takeaways. Here’s one quote that stayed with me:

” … but remember you are growing a rose of a business or life.
So you have to begin by defining what you are pruning towards.” ~Dr. Henry Cloud

Now I realize that 2020 may not be what we anticipated it to look like. However, I hope it was an opportunity for you to stop, take the time to define your direction, and smell the roses.
